    Yes. Members receive priority scheduling, including faster response times for urgent repairs.
    Non-members can also request priority service depending on availability.

  • 3. What are your hourly rates?

    • Handyman Services: $99/hr

    • General Contractor Services: $250/hr

    • Construction & Home Building: $250/hr

    • Member Rates:

      • $80/hr general repairs

      • $95/hr plumbing & electrical
        (Deployment fees may apply based on service type.)

  • 4. What is included in the membership program?

    Our membership plans offer locked-in rates, reduced deployment fees, priority scheduling, and free assessments depending on the tier.
    We offer plans for:

    • Residential

    • Property managers

    • Commercial businesses

  • 5. Do I need a membership to use your services?

    No. Membership is optional.
    However, members receive discounted rates, priority scheduling, and additional perks — making it ideal for frequent or ongoing service needs.

    Yes. Through our TrustPoint Inspection Services, we offer:

    • Commercial facility assessments

    • Annual membership inspections

    • Move-in/move-out evaluations
      Each inspection includes photos, notes, and an actionable plan.

  • 9. Are you licensed and insured?

    Absolutely.
    FRG Solutions LLC is fully licensed, insured, and bonded for residential and commercial projects.

    We accept:

    • Credit/debit cards
